Catalyzing Healing, Growth, and Wellness

Recognizing a shift underfoot in the human collective, Brianna and Ivor Edmonds founded Sága in January 2020. Just a few weeks later, COVID-19 hit American shores and the need for Sága’s leadership and services only grew as trauma became a universal experience throughout the pandemic.

For Brianna and Ivor, wellness involves trauma healing, racial justice, and respect for the harmonious dialogue of the energies in nature. Sága served traumatized, oppressed, and marginalized populations with a unique trauma-informed perspective.

Ivor offered his deep experience across multiple traditional healing arts and modalities to clients, the public, and members of the Sága Circle, offering lectures, workshops, and movement classes—both online and in person.

Brianna assembled a directory of healing and wellness practitioners local to the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire and marketed their gifts and expertise to the Sága community.

The Edmonds also launched The Sága Studio, a subscription-based on-demand library of Ivor’s signature lineup of movement and meditation classes (see sample above) allowing access during the pandemic to anyone, anywhere, and pulling in students from around the country.
