Celebrating Jersey City's Local HeroeS

Marinell Montales and Chadner Navarro, the founders of the gorgeously designed and beautifully written EIGHTY Magazine, approached Brianna to write feature articles. 

In 2015, as Jersey City rapidly transitioned from the red-headed stepchild across the Hudson River to the hottest new outlying area of New York City, "Jersey City's Biggest Fan" positioned itself at the forefront of that shift. Its pages highlighted the outstanding businesses, restaurants, businesspeople, artisans, and entrepreneurs who resided in the self-appointed "sixth borough."

Brianna had the pleasure of profiling two individuals for EIGHTY's third "People" issue: Stuart Metrick, founder of local vintage flea market, the Pacific Flea; and Peter Koytroulis, designer and co-founder/owner of Jersey City retail shop, Prosper.
